Manufactured home engineering certification reports
Home & Property Services is now offering certified engineering reports for manufactured homes. These reports are often required by mortgage lenders depending on the type of loan. We will conduct the on site inspection of the property and work directly with certified engineers who will provide the report to the individuals requiring it for loan approval.
Pricing for reports starts at $250.00 and are generally available within 1-3 business days after the inspection.

Maintenance/Handyman services
I can provide various maintenance and handyman services at your home. Pricing will depend on the extent of the work and other factors. Written estimates will be provided and agreed to by the client before proceeding with work. Please note that I am not a licensed contractor and all work requiring a license or certification should be done by a qualified professional.

Home Caretaking / Housesitting
I offer a free consultation for home caretaking and house-sitting services.
General home visit pricing starts at $40.00 p/hour. Based on clients' additional needs and requests, pricing may vary. For daily/extended visits or overnight stays, discounts may apply.
